Martha, an emotionally fragile mother, who moves to a remote Irish village with her husband Tomas following the tragic death of their baby daughter. Whilst there, the couple decide to take in a disturbed and orphaned autistic girl called Daisy. Uncommunicative and greatly scarred by the violent death of her parents, Daisy gradually warms to her new surroundings. But, as a series of strange occurrences begin to be linked to the little girl, Martha and Tomas begin to hear rumors from the locals that Daisy might be something far more malevolent than she seems.

C'est l'ete au bord de la mer. Mathieu, onze ans, dont la mere est morte au cours d'une tempete en mer deux ans auparavant, vit avec son pere, Bernard, qui tient une entreprise de pompes funebres en difficultes, car menacee par un puissant concurrent, monsieur Marteau. Il passe ses journees sur la plage avec sa bande de copains, et notamment avec Marie, son amoureuse, qui habite le reste de l'annee a Paris. Un jour, Romain, son ennemi jure, lui apprend que Catherine, sa mere, envisage d'avoir un enfant avec Bernard et de s'installer avec lui. Les deux garcons, qui se detestent et ne veulent surtout pas vivre sous le meme toit, font un pacte : tous les jours, ils pileront des pilules contraceptives dans le jus d'orange de Catherine afin qu'elle ne tombe pas enceinte...

Да еще намереваются взвалить на него ответственность за некую тяжелую болезнь, угрожающую жизни Мориса. Но все это пустяки по сравнению со странностями диковатого Мориса, становящегося близким другом и сообщником своего воспитателя. Он спит с открытыми глазами, по ночам поет на крыше, не способен дружить с ровесниками и вообще, кажется, уведет Джулиана в некие неземные дали...

Julien soon realizes that his employers lead a gimcrack life dedicated to keeping up appearances, but are actually penniless. He is swept along in their footloose, turbulent lifestyle as they decamp from place to place like gypsies. Slowly the masks come down and Julien sees the real reason why this tribe took him in: the parents are hoping he’ll rid them of Morgan.

 Весёлый приключенческий детектив про девятилетнего Оле Хольме, фантазера и выдумщика. Познакомившись с телесериалом о Шерлоке Холмсе, он решает стать сыщиком, а его друг Андреас - доктором Ватсоном. В поле зрения ребят попадает водитель автомашины, у которого отклеились усы. Полагая что это шофёр Хорст Франке, юные сыщики приходят к нему домой, и обнаруживают что он не выходил на работу. Значит, за рулём автомашины с дорогой стереофонической техникой, которая не была доставлена в магазин, был двойник. Делом о хищении начинает заниматься криминальная полиция. Мальчики помогают задержать преступника...
Der zehnjährige Ole ist ein erfinderischer Junge. Als er unter Mithilfe seines besten Freundes Andreas versucht, mit einem Drachen zu fliegen, stürzt er ab und bricht sich ein Bein. Im Krankenhaus sieht er den Film Der Mann, der Sherlock Holmes war und hat zum Leidwesen seiner Eltern sofort ein neues Betätigungsfeld gefunden: Er will Detektiv Sherlock Holmes werden, während Andreas als Dr. Watson assistieren soll. Ole versucht zunächst, im Supermarkt Kunden beim Diebstahl zu erwischen, doch sind alle ehrlich. Auf dem Heimweg werden er und Andreas Zeugen eines Zusammenstoßes zwischen einem Auto- und einen Fahrradfahrer. Ihnen fällt auf, dass der Fahrradfahrer einen falschen Bart trägt und so folgen sie ihm, misstrauisch geworden, bis zu einem Firmengelände. Der Mann besteigt einen Kleintransporter und fährt davon.

Set in 1958 and adapted from the award-winning stage play by Julie Jensen, Stray Dogs is a Southern gothic film about the last night of a bad marriage. Darla Carter reaches her turning point this October day, when most of the men in her Appalachian town are engaged in a vicious, chaotic hunt to round up and kill stray dogs. In the afternoon, Darla gets terrifying news: she is pregnant again, and she believes the baby will be a girl child. Legend has it that female children can not survive on Carter Mountain. Darla has lost three female infants in a row, and has come to believe the curse is real. For the sake of her children's future, she resolves to leave her husband Myers and Carter Mountain once and for all. Darla married Myers on a whim and has lived for the past 12 years in a complex social and economic trap from which she has tried to tear herself free. Darla has threatened to leave many time before, but Myers is strikingly handsome and he knows exactly how to stir up her intense sexual desire. Myers views keeping his family intact as the ultimate show of his manhood, but his alcoholism, dramatic mood swings, and tendency towards violence make him a poor husband and provider.
